Interesting to hear that the diet does work. I did the diet many years ago (in the beginning) and before that I had done the Stillman diet which was the forerunner of Atkins.


It shows again that it is difficult to do these things lifelong. Almost all people started creeping up with the carbohydrates.
In principle that is ok for maintenance but not for weightloss.
