there is another way to *vortex* or restructure water... with your hands, open, facing each other, one on either side of the glass; and then say a prayer of gratitude and perhaps ask for forgiveness... for others as well as for yourself.

You can do this with your food... and the water that exists within it also.

prayer is not what most think it is (they were taught wrong)... and more than most can comprehend.
