it looks like part of my reply got posted in front of your reply not after it so see that first on schulze and what you said.
While I agree that animal protein is one of the biggest culprits of bone loss and hip fractures etc as backed up in the books the china study and eat to live where I was just reading more on this--the largest study ever done on the link between diet and health- and other smaller studies.
I suggest, ms Chris, that you take this to the debate forum as this kind of auguring and skepticism is a violation of curezone rules on a support forum.
I predict you will not slip through the curezone moderator cracks for long as this is the kind of stuff the skeptics do on yahoo answers and luckily curezone is preserving the helpful advice for those in need while still allowing people who chose to pick everything apart with insults to post in the debate section.
It is clear by the way you post that you must have some personal beef with me as I was just relaying things I read in books in the event people with dental problems might benefit.
I am sorry for mistaking your gender but Chris is a male and female name so I guess it was an honest mistake.
I do hope if people glean anything from our exchange it is that animal foods including the oft mentioned dairy products are not that great for bone and teeth health as they tend to leech calcium form the bone.
Now studies are showing not just problems with animal fats but animal proteins as well. I suggested reading the two books I mentioned for more on this. I was just at the dentist yesterday and she was shocked when I mentioned this when discussing osteoporosis. I think I will copy the pages and send them toi her along with the study data so she can know this as apparently a lot of people do not yet realize. I was just reading the exact pages in the book when she entered trhe rroom so it was frsh in my mind.
It said that "even though american women drink 30-37 times as much cow's milk as New Guineans, yet suffer 47 times as many broken hiips. am multicu;ltural analysis of hip fracture inmcidfence and dairy products consumption found that milk consumption has a high statistical association with higher rates of hip fractures>" source 84 east to live by Joel Fuhrman MD"
as far as oils, I cannot say what he meant but I would think maybe he meant generally oil o not come in the form nature gave us without some kind of processing like squeezing or refining and such. Obviously there are fats in plant foods, but we don't have oil dripping off the stuff or oil rivers or anything.
He says something similar with juicing. This is something that generally does not grow naturally but we separate the juice form the fiber with our juicers. He said even though the juice does not naturally come in nature, we need this to heal because of the decadent life we live, the plethora of processed and manufacturer foods and fast food and the poor environment.
