My doctor, who is into alternative health, told me that many CoQ10 products actually deplete your CoQ10. I had been taking it faithfully when he checked my blood levels & he said I had almost none! (I think the brand was Country LIfe but I am not sure.) In addition much CoQ10 comes in capsules made with soy products. I personally get my CoQ10 from wholehealth.com as it seems to have been manufactured in the best way.
