I have heard that for 30 years and it does nothing for me. I probably eat twice the recommended amout of fiber and drink at least a gallon of water a day. Does nothing. I think most people on this forum have already been there, done that....that is why they are here - to find solutions outside the usual and customary. Every doctor I go to says that as well, it is to the point that I want to say "Do you think I'm stupid?" I am way beyond fiber and water....that is why I look for other suggestions here and I am so glad to have found this site. No offense, but think about it.
