 Taking the other ingredients of these flushes, is not going to change the fact that large amounts of oil is consumed, and will have the same effect on the gallbladder.

I totally agree. 

And it needs to be emphasized again that just people feel better after a flush this does not mean they passed any real gallstones. Just preventing the stagnation of the bile can make people feel better as can the laxative effect of the oil.
