If you have the Hu-Mana-Tea - take it - it will help bind to and remove the dead spores and any toxins.

If you don't have any tea - then yes - cut the dose down to 1 capsule in the morning and 1 at night for a few days to let your body "catch up".

Also - make sure you eat a few bananas to keep your potassium levels high enough to prevent leg cramos.

I am so happy that you are finding some refief! That systematic candida can be a hard thing to deal with. Hang in there!
