I have seen several of your posts about it and I am one of the people that has been doing low carbs and high protein now for several years.
It seems my body needs it.
A few years ago someone (Chava) on the cholesterol forum told me she had like me trouble with high tri-glycerides and she was helped with changing her diet.
Since she remembered me from the Andreas Moritz forum, she assumed that I was eating "healthy". grains, fruits and hardly meat.
The first thing she told me to cut back on fruit, what I ate a lot of. I also checked out the metabolic typing forum.
I did get my cholesterol down at that time with also taking niacin.
I still try to stay away from carbs, within reason, because when I start I can't stop eating.
BTW I bought the book Good calories, bad calories but I have not started reading it yet.
