I just wanted to say very, very well done for getting so far. I've been following your progress since I first posted about two weeks ago, and was getting somewhat anxious about your health, so I'm glad to hear you're ok.

Even if you haven't reached your goals this time, you must have developed your powers of endurance to the extent that fasting to completion and healing your heart is a realistic possibility at some time in the future. Great footsteps for me to follow.

Yes i completely agree. I am very happy with what i was able to accomplish this time. The goals were not reached but i certainly got a lot closer to them to where they are far less daunting now and I feel there is a reasonable chance i can catch some or all of them in the very next fast.

So, thanks for sharing your experience and I wish you a rapid return to full strength and health.
