Hi there Powerray and thanks :),

I didn't mean to leave the impression that i am unable to resist the things i know i am not ready for. In the previous fast when i felt my body was craving the half handful of raisins, i actually believed it could handle it. Knowing now that this was all a deception, i will certainly avoid the raisins this time around until a much later time :).
