Great info...I also have an addition, though I am no expert I believe that plain old lemon juice is also very good for the liver and although it would seem acidic it actually helps the body to be alkaline once ingested...now it is Summer here in Canada I am drinking tons of lemonade, nothing like a few fresh squeezed lemons added to some nice cold water and sweetened of course with stevia...
