Fasting does not work to kill Candida IMO.

Candida are perfectly happy hanging out in your colon while you're fasting. At least, that is my personal experience.

I completed a 32 day juice fast several years back. Most of the time I was drinking green juices (thinking about it makes me want to vomit).

At the end of the fast I gave my self several ACV enemas and I was blown away by how much Candida came out of me.

I wasn't getting anything out from my daily Salt Water Flushes.
