hey, spudlydoo
"A lady I know personally, had large gall stones, she didn't do a liver/gallbladder flush as such, but she did consume a large amount of olive oil to try and deal with what she thought was constipation. The contractions of the gallbladder, due to the oil consumption, caused a large, irregular shaped stone, to lodge in the bile duct opening, this caused terrible pain, and she ended up having to have emergency surgery."
I think it's people doing this sort of thing (only oil) that give the flushes a bad 'name', so to speak -- to be honest. I mean, irt's too easy to assocate her experience with a "failed flush" once it gets repeated a few times, like the telephone game.
BUT-That's got no relation to a proper liver/gallbladder flush. You need to prepare, and the magnesium is important! The malic acid over a few days is an even better idea. (An apple a day, and all...) If you know you have stones, then you should be taking chanca piedra, or maybe gold coin grass, before. So, this woman sounds ill-informed, mis-guided, or perhaps desperate. (but perhaps, to be fair, some of us have read or 'miracles' like the woman who drank a pint of oilive oil and a lot of lemon juice and walked all night, supported by her two sons -walking was part of the "recipe"- and was cured for life, of her painful gallbaldder attacks.)
But for people who haven't had gallbaldder attacks, and don't suspect a large stone, I think the liver/gallbladder flush is perfectly safe. everyone uis called upon to read though. Read, research, and finally, ask theri inner guidance.
Perosnally, I'm very much in favour of people strenthening thier own powers of intuition, or the use of kinesiology, or prayer...whatever works to be able to ask and recieve the truth. I don't think you find it in any one person's
say-so. (or, in the case of this subject, nay-saying). words, in the end, are just words, while the truth is the truth, and needs no defense, and no attack.
(I realize you are illustrating a point here--to be careful)
