If people felt it helped that is great. The big problem is that every flush is different so who knows if you had used nothing the flush still might have been the same.
We will never know.
Personally I have never been a "stone" counter as long as I saw bile I figured it worked and I always felt better after every flush. Most of my 100 flushes did not show "stones". And the 1" stone as seen on ultrasound is still there.
Actually when I felt sluggish I would do the flush and it would pep me right up.
The flushes have been a life saver for me, it has made me feel better than when I was younger.
