I've recently started feeding my family coconut oil because I've read about its benefits and I have regard for Dr. Mercola's opinions. I'm not so sure how I feel about Dr. oz. After all, he is an Oprah creation. Dr. oz says that it has been given a PR makeover, but that you should never put it into your body, as it will clog your arteries and put you on a cardiac wait list and that there is bad Science behind its claims. Any opinions anyone? I think it tastes yummy.
