 I'm wondering what do we do about them if we had an ultra sound that found them in us? How much distress do they cause, and is it worth having them surgically removed?

Or would it be worth investigating this alternative flushing method to surgery?

You are not really going to flush them. But they can be dissolved with things such as ox bile, bitters, lecithin granules and chanca piedra (Phyllanthus niruri).
