I am with all the ladies that want to thank you for the positive post. I am at 5 months post and was doing well until this cycle. Today I am feeling alot of the anxiety that drove me nuts in the first place. My heart races and I feel like I am going crazy! I'm not sure if I am crashing this month but like everyone else, I am just happy to be rid of this thing. Your post is very encouraging and I thank you for writing. It gives us all a glimmer of light at the end of this very dark tunnel. God bless you!
