downloaded and looked at, the diet is stupid ! it would be nearly impossible for me to get all those ingredients all the time.. anyone with any kind of life wouldnt have time for this rubbish ! i'd rather struggle with sd than let a diet take over my life !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
