Hi Southern Belle,

I`ve followed your posts over the years with interest. It seems for some of us that we will be producing stones for life, and will be doing flushes for life as well.

On the one hand, the stones are a way of protecting us from whatever liver debris they`ve trapped. So, it`s good to see them, and even better to move them out. On the other hand, it would be nice to see the amount of stones fall, due to a positive change in health.

Have you tried any methods to reduce the number of stones your liver is producing?

Examples might be taking high-quality or whole-food-source vitamin C, high-quality organic lecithin, Tsetsi`s Lime/Egg flush...

Just curious.

My gallbladder was removed at age 23 (after suffering attacks which started at age 20), and from what my mother tells me, I had liver issues even as an infant. So, I`m glad to have a method to move the stones and other metabolic garbage out when my body seems to be compromised in this area.

I`ve done around 50 flushes in the past 4 - 5 years or so. I plan to do them every 4 - 6 weeks. Because of my liver`s history, and the fact that both my parents developed diabetes II later in life, I plan to continue doing more frequent maintenance flushes than most people in this forum. I`ve found the benefits from flushing is well worth the misery in drinking that horrid Epsom Salts drink (or gagging down the 100 or so encapsulated es).

I`ve already tried the gold coin grass (?) and found this to be a great method for dealing with big stones, but I seem to be keeping up with the production of stones as they`re rarely over 2 cm anymore. This method is too expensive for long-term use.

If you have stumbled on any tips to reduce the number/size of stones, please share!
