Hi Sun :-)

Since we are so much water (composed of so much water) I think it likely that at some level we are resonating with what's happening in the Gulf. In fact--I know we are; conscious of it, (too busy for it) or not. This makes it,
in my unconventional-mindedness, a good time to heal the heart in some amazing ways; in the sense of letting tears wash the highways and bi-ways of the heart. We ARE all connected, so if we hold anger or hurt or contraction against another, we "do it to ourself" as well. So, this is where foregiveness comes in. Seems too much to ask, right???
(BP??!!)


Finally, the mind comes and settles in the heart. And it can't really *get there*, until there is enough 'water' to wash away the clogged places. (Yes, I don't deny it is hard work, at this level.) I can't possibly think this is all a purely physical thing, however; the heart being "damaged", regardless of what instruments would show or purport to show. Yes, maybe it was over-extended at the exercise level, and over time, but all these factors came into play-->>the calcium balance, the lactic acid that builds up from exercise; the body;s dealing with alkalizing that...all this has intricate embroiderings in, under and with beliefs and reactions....Sometimes exercise is a reaction to 'feeling'.


So, my gut feeling is (if you'll forgive my being so unconventional-so 'inapropriate' )that this is a good time to just turn the mind gently to the heart-- and forgive. Self, others, BP, the stream of one's mind back to beginningless time...and forward, through all the small errors that (mean nothing and yet) add up and weight the heart with their small clouds...
