Hi, when you say you fasted for a couple months, do you mean water fasting? I "fasted" for a couple months when I was a teenager, but this was not a true fast--it was more starvation, puncuated with a few drugs, and a couple meals.
Although I felt 'free' in some ways, I was doing harm to my body, which I do not beleive a well-conducted Water Fast does...

If not *water only*, (and esp. with the intent to fast to heal, not as some other arising) then that is not fasting per see, and I want to make sure I understand you.
