There is a really good look into anatomy/thought/and how the ankle bone actually connects to the elbow bone, so to speak, on a video called "Bridging Heaven and Earth". He demonstrates the oddness of "referred pain" and so forth...on this video, which is a little gooey (okay, 'lovey') around the edges, but very worth seeing, nevertheless.

I have it saved on my youtube account--will go get it, and post-- in case you are interested.

ah, here it is: if you lack patience, move the slider to about 40 minutes. the host is *sincere* though--and for me, that goes a long way.
