It would be nice to share what healed you, what works that you continue to use, that tastes good, feels good etc.. (good book chapter too)

My favorite things (that I can think of so far) are my Human Touch massage chair, elderberry tea and water kefir, milk kefir with fruit blended in, curcumin for skin infections, almond oil with citric acid, waterpik, watercress, sprouts, Hv's advice, his herbs, his humor, cz and this forum.
