Some people report that the Epsom Salts are hard on the kidneys. I think it has to do with whether you normally drink adequate amounts of water daily, if you need to do a kidney cleanse before doing a liver cleanse. If the kidneys are gunked up and not working well, a Liver Flush would be hard on them. Be pro-active and do a kidney cleanse. Hulda Clark e's was pleasant enough and easy to do, and will clear them out.
