You can take an OTC laxative - or a plain enema for instant relief - or just do whatever you normally do when you get a bit constipated. Sometimes when a person is cleansing - the large amount of toxins coming through the colon will make it sluggish.

Some folks see eliminated parasites from day 1 - oters may not see anything until later - or not even at all. It depends on what type of parasite you are removing and where they are in the body. Lower living parasites go first and are more easily recognized - while ones living higher up are much more broken down by the time they exit.
