Everything you have noted on your board is so helpful. I am showing this to one at another board who suffers from pain like you are describing. I tried to tell her a few things but she needs to read here for helps.

Thank you both for the oleander helps. I've seen pink flowers on oleanders on the South side of Dallas that looks like what you described.

Getting capsule form you are showing too. It won't hurt to have on emergency storage.
