Anaesthetics are great for surgery; doesn't mean you'll live very long if you try using them as a sleep aid.

Same thing with senna, IMHO. Might be alright for one-time use, but should you feel encouraged to repeat it anytime soon, DON'T.

PS no I wasn't using anything else. And I was a pretty healthy 16yo at the time, which probably means I was hardier than any random 10 curezone forum members put together.
