I was so ready for update on your 3 goals! 2 out of 3 acomplished already
Great , fascinating stuff...I can just imagine what your latest detox is like (I get it about day 12 in lesser degree, indeed)... Now I am getting concerned , knowing that you will have the same simptoms days and days after re feeding starts. I hope you dont overdo it,
