Yes, too much too fast - typical. I think it was the salt unbalancing my potassium plus a general mineral depletion from all the cleansing. Had a colonic today as recommended by Andreas Moritz after a Liver Flush and it knocked seven bells out of me, so I took an electrolyte balancer as well as my broth and I feel better. My pulse is much closer to normal.

When things have stabilised I will go slowly with the salt. I regret messing up the GTA introduction. It may be that it will work well, but with that as well I think I'll take it much slower.
