My adrenals hit a very low point in February and I was recovering over the last several months. I was feeling good and many of my symptoms had improved or disappeared. The only two I would say I still had was ringing in the ears and not sleeping over 3-4 hours straight without waking up, but I would go back to sleep with no problem. Then two weeks ago I did a coffee enema. My AF condition has gotten progressively worse and I feel like I am back to where I was in February. What would you suggest? Just start my same protocol I used beginning in February? Is there anything I can do to counter the effects of the coffee enema? Thank you very much.
