Hello all. Hang in there it gets better by the month. I was a 6 yr. mirna user, which I thought after reading other posts, that the longer you had it in, the longer it took to get well. I feel great now! Rarely ever think of this stupid thing anymore. The only complain I have is before my cycle, the pms symptoms are pretty brutal compared to how it used to be. I am really able to say I feel 99.9% better, Boy is it good to feel like me again. Keep thinking positive and you will be in the recovery zone soon. I think it just takes a while for our bodies to rid of this stuff, (whatever it is that causes these symptoms)I believe taking vitamin and mineral supplements have helped. I was put on lexapro after removal, which helped with the anxiety, but I think it aggrivated other symptoms, Glad to have gone on it for a while, but going off was better for me.
