I don't know what all the variables are/were in your body and what adjunct therapies you may (or likely may not) have been using to cleanse & restore your colon, but one of THE GREATEST natural healers that ever lived ( Dr. Schulze ) used Senna as one of the herbs in his IF#1.

Over the last two-three decades TENS OF THOUSANDS of people have used IF#1...and when used as part of a full cleansing and healing protocol (not just as an "herbal bandaid"), they become "regular", NOT more constipated.

Should Senna (or any other cathartic herb, otc, or pharmaceutical laxative), ever be used irresponsibly (as in, not part of a full healing & cleansing protocl)? Of course not - forcing action in the intestines without addressing the cause of the inaction is not only stupid, it's capable of causing harm.
