Thank you both for your replies and support. I think it is the electrolyte imbalance. I made an electrolyte broth yesterday, drank three cups and feel better. Pulse is lower and I feel calmer. I suspect I have also been having some stomach spasms - from the toxins still coming through? I took some Green Clay and hopefully the colonic today will help.
