I thought the topic was "research".  Practically all credible research is indexed at PubMed.

Yahoo, Google and other "non-medical" search engines will also return tens of thousands of hits for extra-terrestrial medical science, but you won't find nary a one on PubMed.

Hmm, maybe that explains why you suggest those search engines . . .
