If so... your body is working overtime to balance things out so that you are not any sicker than you are.

give it all a rest for a while... NO supplements... not added salt or processed\canned foods... nothing except good water and healthy whole foods. Make your meals from scratch... ditch the microwave to if you still use one.

Watch out for hidden salt too... such as in butter.
