Before I ever heard of paracides I got pinworms years ago. Studying their life cycle - that they have to come outside the body to breed - I started keeping my anal orific slathered with Noxema 24/7 - used it after each bowel movement, etc. This I kept up for at least 2 weeks, apparently how long, as stated, they can live outside the body.

All I can say is Worked for me. Many years later, no pinworms.
