I am now cleansing my bowels and kidneys with: a week of two capsules of Echinacea/Goldenseal/Cat's Claw (plus drinks etc that contain the good bacteria), two capsules of Schindele's earth (pack of 15 pieces)and 2 to 3 Cranberyy tablets.

My intuitive suggestion is that you first start with cleansing your bowels with the Schindele's earth. Just gently and slow (of course as fast as is good for your body). I also have the feeling that your kidneys are a bit tight for lack of a better word. Where they ever examined?
Is your diet too acidic? Are you drinking enough water?

I wonder, and this also for myself, if one can detoxify the liver through the skin. By for example placing a cloth with essential oils on the liver (well the piece that sticks out form underneath the rib cage).
