I just wanted to put a post out there about the benefits of medical-grade ozone. Although the equipment can be expensive, this therapy hands down is the best therapy I have ever done and I have done alot of therapies.
I just got done using it via rectal insufflation b/c I get some gut infections, presto after 2 treatments bugs appear to be gone. I feel much better. Ozone also has an analgesic effect in that it will relax you after treatments.
I have done over 250-300 treatments using in a variety of ways including rectal insufflation, steam tents with ozone pumped into and my new favorite putting the tube in the armpit after showering for a couple of minutes which this method is easy and appears to effective.
It is the only therapy that has had lasting results and I suspect the main reason for this is the removal of toxins (environmental) and heavy metals and the second is due to its ability to kill off many pathogens which are at the heart of Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome and autoimmune disorders. I suspect that we are all heavily intoxicated with all kinds of chemicals that is the ill of modern living, from pesticides/herbacides from food to fire retardants, industrial waste in the air and water to the chemicals we use as cosmetics etc etc. And I would state that if you have Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome or any other immune system issue, that you are low in glutathione. I would suggest you read about glutathione and its benefits. Low glutathione not only disables the immune system but the detoxification systems as well. And both of these will cause glutathione wasting which encourages either a weakened immune response or a weakened detoxification route or both.
I would suggest that if you do ozone therapy that you follow this up with proper Liver Cleansing and by that I mean not using the Liver Flush protocol which IMO is only good for stimulating the gall bladder and not deep cleansing the liver. I would add that the liver is always a major concern for any Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome patient and there are many reasons for this. One of those involves glutathione. If you decide to use glutathione, do not use conventional products that are ineffective. Opt for a lipsomal product like Readisorb.
