Hi! I flush for over a year now, but a few eeks ago, it went very wrong, due to myself... I ate white bread, meat eggs and already with the magnesiumsulfate, it didn't go right, "it" did't flush out as usually. After the olive oil-grapefruitmix, I didi't have any stones. Two days later I had the worst headache ever, it lasted for 5 days (I hardly ever have a headache) and after two days I could't even drink a drop of water without throwing up.
After that it went better, I only eat fruit and (mostly) raw vegetables and drink a lot of fresh juice. My forlast flush went terrific, my biggest stone 2.5 cm came out and an incredible lot more! Today i had a flush and the darkest green stones came out. I think I've had a good lesson in what to eat and what not and what you eat even the days before you flush is so important!
Today I will only have a lot of filtered water and bentonite-clay /psyllium

I'm Franz from Amsterdam, Netherlands and I wish I knew people here to exchange information and experience. I look on this site a lot and it gives me great support. I cured myself of allergies and exzema through the flushes and cleansing.
