Sure! I want to join you. That is a great idea to do the Master-Cleanse at the beginning of each season. I'm sure it will keep you feeling young.
One reason I am doing the Master-Cleanse is that my joints were starting to ache and I felt stiff. Like an Old lady! That is NOT me! I'm not supposed to be old! :-) However...I am almost 55 yrs old. But THAT is not old. My mother is 91.

Let's keep in touch. It is so helpful to have someone to communicate with.
