I plan to just do a 10 day fast. But who knows....I may decide to go longer once I'm at 10 days. You are right about giving aou bodies a rest from all the food. Isn't it amasing how we think we need to eat three times a day! What is our bosy supposed to DO with all that food? :-)
Today was day 2 for me and I felt good. Hoping tomorrow will be just as good.
