I am certain this is solved but only to a limit. A large dump of any of those metals will still make one feel bad until the new functions added have time to catch up.
ALA being the most important due to bonds that need to be kept from oxidizing during these wait periods.

I would still do yogurt/calc and ALA and for some with a heavy Lead load DMSA...

As always all this stuff goes in cycles, so imagine you have a little Lead and the function gets rid of it your body perks up and now begins to have immune reaactions to Lead again...a few days go by and you get a Lead dump now causing massive immune response and fatique...

No way around that unless we can speed up those functions, which judging from past achievements may take a month or longer...
