Tony, thank you so much for the suggestions and article. I have a feeling that my bones have become weak over the last few years, and perhaps that had something to do with the rib breaking. I've had some bad falls before and didn't break anything.

This is a wake-up call for me, in some respects, to take better care of myself. You and Luella are the very best and I thank you both for taking the time to help me!
