Hi R.G and others on here,

I thought I was getting better...but yesterday afternoon and last night I had intense stomach pains- not just my stomach but all over: my chest and it also felt a bit like period pain (but it can't be).
It was horrible last night, I woke up around midnight with it, went to the bathroom and felt like fainting, looked in the mirror and my face was very pale!

Is this die-off??? Is it because I was drinking lots of lemon water during the day? And, lemons detox the body and so I had major die-off?

Now, I just have a bit of a headache and feel like vomitting sometimes (but I think that's because of the coffee we were getting sick from- don't buy Vittoria coffee- bleagh).
