Yes, anemia has always been a problem for me so we have discussed it. After we discussed it, I thought a b-complex plus Schulze's Superfood (has a lot of B's) was good enough. Didn't realize b-12 should be taken in addition to the b-complex. I think the shots are going to be a bit hard for me right now so I went to the store and bought the sublingual b-12 1000 miligrams. Should that be taken in addition to the b-complex?
