we have talked before about iron and iodine. gotta have the cobalt(b12) for iron. gotta. its in the minerals for the genetic code book.

my dad has too much iron and his went down and under control(a genetic disease again, mind you!). spud has better luck retaining enough iron when taking iodine. so, like i have said before, Iodine makes everything work better. it normalizes many imbalances and functions.
