Yep I'm certainly not doubting I have a significant clearence issue. The initial calmness followed by the jittery, low level wiredness later is a give away, and the fact my liver feels like a stone most of the time!

I've tried allot of step ups based on the recommendations of Doreen, all failing at the first hurdle.

Gunna give my body a break and restart at pretty much as low as possible (a few drops from a pantethine cap for example)
