Hi--an excellent message from Chris,

I wish I could convince my mother to Water Fast for 7-10 days; she has recently had a hip replacement and then had an emergency follwing that, involving bleeding ulcers. She lost 4 pints of blood, and is now feeling very weak and anmemic--yet isn't really well enough to eat much. Fasting would so help.

I don't think we realize what a blessing it is, truly, that we are even led to considering a water fast, much less undertaking one. Many will hear about it, even from family memebers and just *not hear*. You can lead a horse to water....

Along with the fasting (and that's such good news about the correction for anemia!) you might enjoy watching this video.
