Hi.

Is it possible to rub some coconut oil on the hair in the morning and leave it for a whole day and then rinse in the evening with only water?
The reason i ask is that i never use shampoo and for something like half a year i use only water to rinse my hair and apple cider vinegar once a month. My hair became a bit hard to comb due to that :)
So today i put some coconut oil on my hair and my hair immediately got a very nice shiny look.
What i want to know: is there any problem with using coconut oil that way that is using in the morning and rinsing in the evening with only water.
What i noticed also that after a while there's some odour from the hair that is not so nice so my question is how to prevent that? maybe mixing some essential oil to counteract the smell?
Also if you know of any other kind of shampoo that is absolutely natural or organic, please let me know.
