Ummm, have you met stanley?

i have on several occasions.

not to disparage him, because he is a very nice and lovely person.

but to the facts...

when i met him he was grossly overweight. he did an iridology exam on me that was perhaps the most inaccurate diagnosis i have ever experienced.

how did stanley lose a ton of weight?

by going to the aajonus vonderplanitz seminars and incorporating the raw animal, and raw animal fats into his diet. he was eating a fair amount of raw chicken livers last time i checked on him.

the next time i saw him, after doing the primal diet, he had lost a ton of weight. aajonus even brought this to his attention in public.

not to say that he doesn't have some good things to say and interesting information, but these are some facts.
